Return Policy


If you are dissatisfied with your purchase within a 30 day period you can return the product unopened, unused with all packaging or tags intact to us for a replacement, choose from an alternative selection or get a full refund.

Faulty Goods

You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and must notify as soon as possible if the goods are incorrect or faulty.
For rechargeable toys, please charge fully before use. Failure to do so can void any warranty. If the product you have purchased does not perform due to a manufacturers defect you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days you are entitled to a replacement with the manufactures warranty. On return we will check the product is faulty. On confirming the product is faulty we will contact you through e-mail and advise you we are processing your refund or sending you a replacement.

Mind Changer On Receipt Of A Product

You might find that the product is not for you. We are happy for you to choose from an alternative selection or be refunded for your purchase, as long as you return the item to us unopened, unused and the packaging is still intact and not damaged. Unfortunately you can not use free returns for change of mind returns. Returns must include a valid tracking number. is not liable for lost or stolen return packages. We will process the refund onto the same payment method used to purchase the order. Please allow 5-14 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Non Refundable Items Due To Hygienic Reasons

We cannot accept returns on certain toys unless faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.
All goods will be inspected on return and a decision to refund or exchange will be made. We do not accept returns or refunds on lingerie.

Please note: Under no circumstances do we on-sell returned items.  Any returned toys or lubricant are disposed of.

How To Return An Item

Go to our contact us page, stating the reason for your return. Please quote your invoice/purchase order number to help us improve our service. After which we will give you our return address. Once received, your return will be processed and a replacement or refund will be arranged within 14 days.

If in the unlikely event your order is found to be defective or incorrect we will refund the cost of postage for your return.

FREE returns is ONLY for returning faulty products and to return a product FREE we use GLS Couriers. We unfortunately cannot refund shipping of returns by any other method.

If you are returning a product we need the whole product, packaging too if you have it. If the product is part of a set we will need the whole set, even if the rest of the set still works. Our suppliers will only accept returns of full products including chargers etc. We can not accept returns unless you have returned the FULL product and all its components.

Once we receive it we will check the product and if faulty return it to the supplier and process your return. If the product has been abused or obviously used in a manner that has broken it we reserve the right to refuse the return.

A couple of days later we will get your parcel and process the return issuing your replacement \ exchange as soon as possible.

We offer free returns on all orders within the Republic of Ireland through the GLS Couriers but unfortunately we cannot refund return shipping using any other method. It really is very simple.
