If you are dissatisfied with your purchase within a 30 day period you can return the unopened product to us for a replacement, choose from an alternative selection or get a full refund.
You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and must notify PleasureStore.ie as soon as possible if the goods are incorrect or faulty.
For rechargeable toys, please charge fully before use. Failure to do so can void any warranty. If the product you have purchased does not perform due to a manufacturers defect you are entitled to a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days you are entitled to a replacement with the manufactures warranty. On return we will check the product is faulty. On confirming the product is faulty we will contact you through e-mail and advise you we are processing your refund or sending you a replacement.
Mind Changer On Receipt Of A Product
You might find that the product is not for you. We are happy for you to choose from an alternative selection or be refunded for your purchase, as long as you return the item to us unopened, unused and the packaging is still intact and not damaged.
Non Refundable Items Due To Hygienic Reasons
We cannot accept returns on certain toys unless faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.
All goods will be inspected on return and a decision to refund or exchange will be made. We do not accept returns or refunds on lingerie.
Please note: Under no circumstances do we on-sell returned items. Any returned toys or lubricant are disposed of.
How To Return An Item
Go to our contact us page, stating the reason for your return. Please quote your invoice/purchase order number to help us improve our service. After which we will give you our return address. Once received, your return will be processed and a replacement or refund will be arranged within 14 days.
If in the unlikely event your order is found to be defective or incorrect we will refund the cost of postage for your return.
Order Cancellation Policy
It is possible to cancel an order that has not yet shipped. Go to our contact us page or email our support team on email@example.com, stating you wish to cancel your order. Please quote your invoice/purchase order number to help us track your order you wish to cancel.
